At Sorry State Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your haul, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that used vinyl is sold as-is, but we are happy to address any significant grading discrepancies or shipping damage.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging or, for used items, that you have identified a specific defect not mentioned in the listing.
Contact Support
Send an email to our support team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the records in a dedicated mailer to prevent corner dings and ship the package back to our Raleigh storefront using a tracked shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
