PNV Records presents the first ever official reissue of the 1983 classic 7â S+M from Public Disturbance, an early 80s American Hardcore Punk band founded by Paul Cowen from Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 1981. The 7â was originally released on Mutha Records, unofficially re-released on the epic Killed By Death series in the 1990s, and has gone to become a sought-after slice of East Coast Hardcore Punk.
The LP compiles the 7â tracks along with unreleased live material recorded at the legendary CBGBâs in NYC, one of the birthplaces of American Punk.
